My name is Malan Joubert and I currently stay in Cape Town, South Africa. Let me tell you a little more about myself.

I was born in Somerset West in 1985 and was only influenced by the Web at a very late stage. I did a short par time course in HTML in 2005 and soon after I started working as a rookie web designer under the guidance of Charl Norman. Working with him, he showed me what the web is all about.

My involvement on the internet grew exponentially during 2006 and I have learned allot in my first year of exposure. I soon became confident in my design skills and continued to work for Charl at Infin8 till the end of 2007.

So where does Worpdress come in? I saw that Charl was running CarBlog on Wordpress. A name that was completely foreign to me at the time. I started experimenting with the platform immediately, still being very clueless about CSS, SQL and PHP. But I got the hang of it very quickly and it was CSS that I really took a fancy too. Launching both, Foxinni.com and Monkeysfist.co.za on the Worpdress platfrom. Refining them and learning as much about Wordpress design as I could.

At the start of 2007 I joined up with Blueworld.co.za, building and aiding in their online projects. It was a manic year but I am proud to say that I took part in the construction of Zoopedup.com and Gaypeers.com. CSS has become my forte and Wordpress has become a huge passion.
